This is going to be bad news for all Singapore inventors out there.
It appeared that they have retired the PAF PLUS (Patent Application Fund Plus) from 31 July 2008.
I don’t have much detail about this matter, but you can check it out at their website below.
So, for some of you planning to apply for this fund, please take note.

Although this is not a new invention (Saw it in some documentary that some people in india had done the same thing), it is still a good try.
The inventor hope that some manufacturer would take it up and put it into the market. But I doubt it can sell in Singapore. Not to mention that it cannot be patent.

Our President, Kim Tean, represented SIDA to speak to students at Nanyang Business School at the invitation of NTU’s Dr Assafa Endeshaw (Assoc Prof), Convenor of the Management of Intellectual Property and Innovation Course.
This talk on Achievements and Chellenges of Singapore Inventor’s and Innovators was held on Tuesday, October 14, 2003 at 2.45 pm in Seminar Room 2 at Block S4 of the Nanyang Business School in NTU.
